Changpeng Zhao, founder of Binance, is upbeat about his family office YZi Labs investments in 2026, made at the market’s bottom, which he expects to deliver top returns.

The bets include:
RoboForce: Led a $52 million funding round in March for this physical AI robotics company.
BitGo: Acquired a stake before its January NYSE listing.
Predict.fun: Increased its position in this prediction market platform in April.
AEON: Led an $8 million early funding round for this payment protocol in May.
TermMax: Added this fixed-rate lending platform to its portfolio in August.
Zhao predicts that the frenzy around AI will divert funds from short-term crypto projects, while some of it will return to digital assets, but does not provide evidence or return figures, so his assessment remains conjecture.
YZi Labs, which manages more than $10 billion for CZ and co-founder Yi He, is also expanding its scope from crypto to include areas where digital assets, AI and physical technologies intersect, while a dispute over BNB-based treasury company CEA Industries, resolved earlier this year, left its governance in limbo.
